I understand that I will show up to my session promptly and that if I am late, session time will be shortened. Model Release: I agree that Jessica Elaine Photography may use the images from my session for the following reasons, not limited to: portfolio, social media, advertising, website, marketing, and blog. Jessica Elaine Photography retains the copyright to all images, per USC Title 17 (US Copyright Law). Client may not use images provided from session for contests, advertising, marketing, or profit, unless otherwise specified by Jessica Elaine Photography. Cancellation of session must be done 72 hours prior to session. Deposits are nonrefundable, however are able to be credited towards future session Online gallery will be prepared within 3 weeks of the session. Should illness or death in the family occur, this timeline may be lengthened up to 4 weeks. Time slot will not be reserved until $50 deposit is paid in full to: PayPal.me/jessicaelainephoto The remaining balance of $100.00 is due the day of the session via cash or check.
